Usability

I was looking for writing service, and this company does the academic writing. But I also noticed that they offer rewriting and editing service, as well as resume writing. Very convenient – you can use this website while studying to get assignments written, and then after graduation order resume writing to get a job. )))

Support

Customer support pleasantly surprised me, they were available every time I contacted the service. I used online chat, in my opinion it’s the most convenient way to communicate with them, after email of course. But they also have phone number, however, I never used that option, so cannot really say anything about it.

Price

I had enough time to get my case study written, so I did not have to overpay for urgency. I paid $18.90 per page, this price was for 7 day urgency and University level writing. It was cheap and I thought to myself, why not. It’s only later on that I found out I should have paid more to get a better writer at least, because the quality was far worse than what I expected to receive. Had I ordered top writer, the price would have been a bit higher, but still not higher than industry average, however, I might have received a better paper.

Speed

As I said, I was not worried about the deadlines, because I had plenty of time, but I did notice that this website offers even 4 hour turnaround. I don’t know what kind of papers they write in such a short time though, taking into consideration that my case study written in 1 week was less than perfect, I can only imagine what papers done in 4 hours are like.

Quality

It is really worth paying more money to get a better paper. I decided that if I already have to pay for my writing assignments, I don’t mind paying a couple of dollars more for a great result.

Conclusion

They have friendly and available customer support, their prices are not bad at all, but the quality of the case study they wrote for me was not outstanding.
